ADMINISTRATION

MRS. CARROLL

Hello and welcome to Keller Elementary School! This is my 25th year in education and my 12th year as principal at Keller Elementary. I love working with children, especially students that live in this community. When I was a teacher, I taught second grade and fifth grade and loved every minute of it! Before coming to Keller Elementary, I was an assistant principal at Heard Elementary when it was located on Nellis Air Force Base. I love being at this school in this community and enjoy working with such an amazing and talented staff!

Working with children has always been my greatest passion and brings me immense joy. My husband and I have 10 children and 23 grandchildren and all of our children went to school here in Clark County. With all of my experience as an educator, mother, and grandmother, it is my goal to provide a welcoming, safe, and positive school environment for your child. I have a strong belief that school should be a safe-haven for children. A place where they can feel safe and cared for and be given the opportunity to excel in their academics and social skills. I hope you and your child will enjoy your experience here at Keller Elementary. The staff and I look forward to partnering with you!

MRS. CASAS

My name is Christine Casas, and I am excited to be part of the Keller family as your Assistant Principal! I am honored to serve you, and I look forward to partnering with the staff and the school community to help all students grow and learn. I feel fortunate to work with a positive, supportive, and passionate team that provides a safe, welcoming, fun, yet challenging school environment.

This is my 10th year with the Clark County School District. I have taught Kindergarten, first, second, third, fourth, and fifth grade and worked as a Read by Grade 3 literacy strategist. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Education degree from UNLV and a Master's degree in School Administration from Southern Utah University. My husband and I have three children and four grandchildren. I love the outdoors, animals, taking pictures, my family, and friends. I enjoy hiking, biking, going for walks, scrapbooking, concerts, and cheering on the Vegas Golden Knights! Go Knights, Go!
